About Client
Abrus Krishna Finance is a Kerala Money-Lenders Act (KML) registered lending institution based in Guruvayoor, offering gold loans, doorstep gold loans, and a range of micro business, personal, home, and consumer goods loans since 2018.
Challenges
No dedicated page per loan product
All eight loan types were likely bundled into one generic loans/services page, making it hard for a borrower to find the specific product they needed.
Compliance treated as an afterthought
No dedicated KML Registration & Compliance page or FAQ answers covering branch-visit requirements, foreclosure rules, or data confidentiality — regulatory trust wasn't built into the content.
Cannibalization risk between related products
Gold Loan and Doorstep Gold Loan, two closely related products competing for similar search terms, had no deliberate structure keeping them distinct.
No visible borrower process
The loan journey — contact/visit, document verification, approval, disbursement — wasn't laid out clearly, leaving first-time borrowers unsure what to expect before applying.
Campaign Objective
Teknoppy's goal was to build a WordPress site that could present eight distinct loan products clearly, keep regulatory trust (KML registration, transparent terms) visible throughout, and avoid the keyword overlap risk that comes with closely related loan products like gold loan and doorstep gold loan sitting on the same domain.
Introduction

A comprehensive range of services offered by Teknoppy and their outcomes
Eight loan products, eight distinct pages
Gold Loan, Gold Loan in Guruvayoor, Doorstep Gold Loan, Business Loan in Guruvayoor, Business & Micro Enterprise Loan, Micro Personal Loan, Micro Home Loan, Micro Finance, and Consumer Goods Loan each have their own dedicated page rather than being bundled into one generic services page.
Regulatory trust built into the structure
KML registration, a dedicated KML Registration & Compliance page, and compliance-specific FAQ answers (branch-visit requirements, foreclosure rules, data confidentiality) are all first-class content, not an afterthought.
Cannibalization-aware page separation
Gold Loan and Doorstep Gold Loan — two closely related products that could easily compete for the same search terms — are structured as clearly distinct pages targeting different intents, avoiding the internal competition a less careful build would create.
A four-step process made visible
Contact/Visit → Document Verification → Approval → Disbursement is laid out clearly on the homepage, setting expectations for a first-time borrower before they apply.
Approach: Discovery, design, and build details specific to this project — timeline and key decisions — should be pulled from the project intake and added here once confirmed.
